The project means implementation of ERP system OeBS. It consists of 8 main modules:
The main aims of the project are:
to increase management efficiency;
to provide clear analysis of the existing system;
to unify processes;
to reduce warehouse inventory;
to save time and automate standard operations.
There are 10 team members working on the project. My responsibility matrix includes:
check up and control of project work by taking corrective management actions to reach the deadline when actual results and performances do not comply with the project plan;
getting approvals from the parties for the extra-charges due to the changes introduced in the project;
keeping communication with all parties;
regular revisions for work products and tasks compliance with the related standards, procedures, and requirements. Noncompliant issues are addressed to senior management;
advising the concerned parties of expected result variations;
evaluation of possible risks and taking preventive measures;
work with Oracle Support to process open Service Requests;
training the development team.
